Broken down? What to do until we arrive

- Put on your reflective vest before you get out of the car.
- On the motorway, stop on the hard shoulder, get out on the right side and wait behind the safety barrier – not inside the car.
- Place the warning triangle behind the car only if you can do it safely.
- Send us your location on WhatsApp so we can find you faster.
How it works

- Tell us about the carMake, model and what went wrong.

Why a flatbed tow truck?
- Your car travels fully on the flatbed (car carrier) – the wheels, gearbox and suspension do not turn or wear.
- The safest way to move automatic, 4×4 / AWD, electric and low sports cars.
- Cars that cannot roll – locked wheels, damaged steering, after an accident – are winched on safely.
